    The From Cell to Strand™ Method

  • 1. Initial Consultation

    A complimentary 30-minute call with Celia to discuss your hair and health concerns and determine whether the program is right for you.

  • 2. The Method Intake

    Before education and recommendations begin, you’ll complete the Method Intake: an in-depth assessment followed by a 75-minute session to review your story, discuss key intake details, and provide a program orientation.

  • 3. Personalized Focus

    The Method Intake helps identify the nutrition and lifestyle factors that may be working against your hair health. We’ll address them as they become relevant across your sessions.

  • 4. Educational Sessions

    After the Method Intake, the program continues with six 60-minute educational sessions that translate science into nutrition and lifestyle strategies for hair health.

    This includes dietitian-led nutrition sessions and one psychologist-led session focused on stress and nervous system regulation.

  • 5. Implementation

    Between sessions, you apply targeted strategies with support from session materials, building the skills to support hair health from within.

  • 6. Follow-Up Review

    At the 3-month mark, we’ll meet for a 30-minute review to assess progress and revisit relevant lab markers if indicated.

Nutrition Philosophy

An anti-inflammatory, antioxidant-rich eating pattern is central to supporting the hair follicle and long-term health. Plant-centered diets have a well-established role in reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, two key threats to hair follicle function.

The Method is grounded in this science and applies it through plant-based recommendations, meeting you where you are.

As a plant-based dietitian, I help you build or strengthen this foundation, with attention to the nutrients your hair needs and how your body absorbs and uses them.
